SELF-ASSISTANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE

Training with DigiRehab creates self-help and increased quality of life for citizens in home care. This has been documented through effect measurements of more than 5000 DigiRehab training courses at home help recipients in the Danish municipalities.

Six out of 10 citizens become significantly stronger and more self-reliant. These citizens typically relearn the ability to cope with many of the chores of everyday life without help.

On average, citizens who have completed the training course have their need for home help reduced by approx. 45 min a week. It increases their ability to self-determine the pace of everyday life.

The training sessions with DigiRehab typically last 12 weeks. Exercise 2 x 20 minutes a week with a SOSU employee.
